Welcome to the House Fernblick Bad Grund is located in the southwest of the Harz. In south-west hillside location with beautiful distant view into the Harz foreland and connection to the extensive network of hiking trails. Via the König Hübich Route (horizontal path) you reach the Wassertretstelle, the Weltwald (Arboretum), the Hübichenstein and the Cave Experience Center (Iberg Dripstone Caves). The Harz forest begins on one side and the Harz foreland in the other direction. You can hike across meadows and fields to the neighboring villages and enjoy the beautiful view, or walk directly through the forest in the Harz Nature Park to the town center, watch and mining museum, saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, miniature golf, bowling alley. The detached house is located on top of the mountain in a quiet location on a dead end road next to the forest. My wife is working and I am a pensioner. The house was built in 1983. The small apartment was intended as a retirement home for my parents. The big apartment for my 2 daughters. After the apartments could not fulfill their intended purpose, they were furnished as apartments. Parking directly at the property, free of charge. Carport possible for a fee. in south-west hillside location with wonderful distant view into the Harz foreland and connection to the extensive network of hiking trails. In about 12 minutes you can walk downhill to the center. Both apartments each have their own outdoor area with garden furniture and loungers and barbecue. In Apartment 2-4 pets are allowed. Not in apartment 4-6 IMPORTANT - if you would like to book without a credit card, please contact us. We also accept deposits.
